These guys have been my go-to for all my computer issues for a long time. They always know what to do and how to fix things-- computers, iPads, phones. They take care of it all. Recently, I needed a screen protector for my older iPhone (XR, now 6 years old) and was surprised they still had one! Great service, the person at the store even helped me put the screen protector on to make sure it looked great. Wonderful business.

I just came back with my iMac because it was too expensive to repair. Before the iMac would start but now after their diagnostic the iMac is not starting at all. So they damage even more the iMac. And they broke the case that protects it. Not happy at all. Now I need to find another place to repair the iMac that not even starts.

I had an incredible experience at Group Micro! I am a student at UCLA and I obviously don't have enough money to afford repairs from Apple. This store ended up fixing my M1 Macbook Air trackpad along with my iPhone 13 Pro Camera for a FRACTION of Apples cost.

On top of the fair yet incredible prices, their service is insanely fast. They repaired my camera in less than 20 minutes, and it took them roughly a day to fix my trackpad.

They do NOT replace your parts with cheaper alternatives, they hand select parts from other MacBooks and they will even offer if you want to resort to a cheaper alternative if you can't afford their original price. Take note of this because a lot of stores will offer you cheap parts!

Their consultation is completely free, and Sevada is honestly so kind to all of his customers. I highly recommend Group Micro if you need to get your things fixed.

AVOID the Apple store, avoid the UCLA's store insane $65 consultation, don't even both with the Geek squad, and let this team fix your things!

Great quick service! I was in a rush to get my IPhone fixed, it was badly cracked and it got fixed in 40 minutes! So close to the UCLA campus, I was able to get back to my meeting on time. Really great customer service, such a great person! They have everything from phone cases to chargers and wires. Everything for your phone and computer needs. I am a UCLA student and I had a first great experience at this place. In addition to that, they fixed my iPhone in less than 20 minutes. They did a great job. Also, I got a free screen protector. These guys fix all sorts of Apple products: iPhones, MacBooks, etc. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great price and a great service.

Got iPhone 7 rear camera replaced for $82. They were able to finish it in under an hour and the camera works as good as new! They even told me that if it didn’t work properly, they’d give me a new one free of charge.

Don’t be concerned with initial impressions of the shop; they do a great job and are very helpful for very fair prices!

I really appreciate the customer service that Group Micro had. I needed my computer (MacBook Pro) battery fixed ASAP due to water damage. The people here are so kind and helpful and called me as soon as my computer was fixed and gave me a really good estimate of how much it would be. If I had gone anywhere else to fix my computer it would have been way more than $700 but the good people of Micro Group fixed it for half the price. Amazing everything, saw no problem at any point. 11/10 would recommend.
