If you are in need of a new roof or repair, I highly recommend Idea Roofing. Micah Harris was incredibly helpful in what seemed to be a daunting task. He thoroughly explained the entire process and was a tremendous help. His team was very professional and the cleanup was amazing! Michael and his company did a fantastic job. He kept me updated all through the process. Everything he told us was completely spot on. He gave us several locations to go look at what the completed job was going to look like, and when our roof was completed, it was even better than he said it would be. His guys did a great job, and my yard doesn't even look like anyone wes working on it for a day.
Micah gave us a detailed estimate and told me what possible unexpected problems they might find and what it would cost to make these repairs. He then, inspected the work site for any left over debris; which there was none.

Micah at Idea Roofing has been a godsend. After working with another frustrating roofing company (remaining nameless) and getting nowhere with our insurance company, Micah said he could get it done --- and by-golly he did. His crew was prompt, friendly, and worked diligently to get the job done in a day, which included unexpectantly replacing some rotten plywood. And, they did an excellent job with clean-up. Micah's communication throughout the project was superb.

I want to thank Micah for his prompt response and his super clean communication when it came to having a leak in our roof! We found the leak at 3 AM while it was raining and working 48 hours of discovering it, him and his team came out and repaired it.
