Above & beyond customer service and excellent craftsmanship by Tomas & Adrian from Locks Around the Clock! They helped us install two, high-tech Schlage door locks and got them all set up and working with the app. Also added a ‘Door Guardian’ for night time safety and a remote keypad for our garage door. Super responsive, friendly & professional. We highly recommend them!

Speed response. Our key got jammed and we could not access our home. Thomas went above and beyond identifying several areas of concern leading to what was causing the failure in the lock. He throughly explained how we could fix and was able resolve the issue. Our door is functioning at 100% after being in misalignment for years. Would highly recommend!

Of course, the deadbolt on my front door stopped working, exactly two days before I had to give the key to a guest who was going to be staying here. I called locks around the clock and they scheduled me for the following morning. Thomas came to fix the problem, and also detected a future problem that was brewing in the bottom lock and fixed that too. The experience with Thomas was terrific. He called first to let me know he was on the way and when he got here he was able to troubleshoot and get the job done correctly without making a mess.I’ve used this company multiple times and my experience is always good. Adrian is another one of their terrific technicians.
