I had the worst experience there was no customer service whatsoever I just had a baby and was looking to find some clothes that I could be comfortable in I got some good deals and I was very excited in the clearance aisle it's been a while since I've been able to feel happy with the things that I wear I was very excited about the things that I had grabbed and there was one pair of pants that stated it was $13 and the ladies would not sell me the pants for the $13 that it said it was it was very disappointing and I will not spend my money at JCPenney anymore if it was mislabeled that is not my fault but it ruined my whole experience I put everything that I got back and I told them I will take my business elsewhere I was very happy to have found forever 21 and they were having a $5 sale so I spent all of my money there and they were very nice and had customer service

Never ever order anything from JC Penny. I placed and order that was suppose to be delivered. I contacted customer service and was told it would arrive later in the day. I then called UPS and was told a lable was printed the the mdse was never given to UPS. I called customer service again and was basically told - OOOPS, we will refund your money because there is nothing more we can do. Poor customer service, shame of JC Penney

Was passing by the jewelry section and saw some great deals. Was lucky enough to meet Gary that was working. He helped me for over an hour and ultimately ended up picking something out for me that I would’ve never guessed & I fell in love with. Thanks, Gary!

To be frank the store is disorganized, however, the customer service was excellent. I came in with a pair of shoes, no receipt. Irene at the return counter was very kind, well spoken, and went out of her way to push through my return. As I walked back upstairs to continue shopping I passed several employees who greeted me with a smile and said hello. A woman named Rachel at the checkout politely encouraged me to buy more jewelry in order to receive a 50% discount. She was very friendly, very patient. I don’t often write reviews but I felt moved to after interacting with the JCPenney staff. Thank you Irene and Rachel.

I still like Penney's. Prices are higher just like everywhere but I got an appropriate ensemble for a job interview for around $100 : dress, shoes, sweater, hose. Personnel were mostly very nice and knowledgeable and helpful.

This location is pretty brutal. No prices on half the stuff in the store, checkout line was a legitimate 20 minute wait. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. Not the employees fault, corporate being cheap and not supporting their employees. It will be a long time until I return to a JCPenny.

Jason, in the Salon, has been my stylist for well over a decade (aside from his stint overseas!). He always works absolute magic with my hair and fun colors. I'm allergic to bleach, and always feel safe that he's going to take extra care to keep it off my skin, even though it takes a lot more time. He's really knowledgeable and experienced - from the way he cuts to the way he chooses which bleach mix to use, to the skill with which he creates the color blends of my dreams. Always worth the drive from San Diego ❤
My most recent trip he took my hair from broken and damaged to recolored, beautiful, and shiny! There's no added product to my hair aside from some leave-in spray conditioner. He's amazing!
