Tracy was awesome. He not only did an amazing job with the installation, but he went above and beyond to make sure our services were up and running. Even when we had some minor technical difficulties, he stayed late to make sure everything got fixed.

Called within 30 minutes of them closing for a break in our fiber line. Tracy came out anyway and stayed until he got us going temporarily until they could come out the next day to burry the line. We really appreciate how quickly he came out and that he was willing to stay and get it going in the rain and weather. 10/10

Justin and Buddy did an amazing job at handling my situation and fixing the issue! I am so very pleased with the service I have received over the phone to fix these issues. I do wish that I got a courtesy call when they came out, but I am so thankful. All of them were so polite even if I was frustrated at my internet for not working. I did get one guy (do not know his name) that was not part of the tech team but answered one of my initial calls, that tried to mansplained to me how to set up a router, obviously that was not the issue. Overall, I want to say a big thank you to those that worked with me and was polite.

Worst internet I've ever had. I guess they cozied up to the apartment complex I just moved into and so that's what I'm stuck with. $60/ month for 100mbps!! (It's like being in a time warp to dsl days) There are many evenings when I only have 1 device going hardwired into the wall and get only 20mbps. I can upgrade to $90/ month for 400 mbps. For that price I should actually get full gig speed. If your company name is Gigafy then perhaps actually deliver some gig speed. I would never choose this company if I were given a choice.
