My laptop wouldn’t boot up so I took it to DA Computers. I chose DA because of good reviews and I know they’ve been there for many years. Diagnosis showed the internal fan had failed and the motherboard and other stuff inside were “cooked.” I’m not an expert with this stuff and Dan clearly explained all my options, including pricing. I chose a new computer and I appreciate that Dan spent as much time as I needed to fully understand the process of the data transfer. He also helped with some software issues I had on the old laptop. This education was way, way, above what I would expect from a “big box” store, and I left with my new laptop ready to use. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I’m fully confident that if I have any further issues, hardware or software, that I’ll be taken care of in the same professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend DA Computers.

I have the privilege of using DA Computers for a long time. The Service is always 100%- the personality of the personnel is beyond that 100%. Thus when you get your needs met, one shouldn't complain about the cost (it' always more than I anticipated) It's difficult for this 80 year old woman to accept today's rising costs while living on Social Security. I would Never think of trusting my best friend (Dell Laptop) to any other Computer Company and I've tried them all in my area! Hugs and Happy Computing!

Feeling super thankful for DA Computers! When I spilled water on my laptop, DA Computers was there to help. Once I told them that I was leaving Palm Springs in the next 3 days, they jumped right in diagnosing the issue and worked around the clock to have it fixed before I left. They fully communicated to me the cause of my computer’s issues and how they fixed it, and gave me a reasonable price for it all. Thank you DA Computers for getting my laptop back to me just in the nick of time!

Absolutely everything the do is first rate!!!!! I've had them do all my IT stuff for about 5 years. I once had Geek Squad tell me my laptop was DOA after several attempts to retrieve data. When I call DA an hour after drop off was told they were already backing up all my data. Again Geek Squad told me it was so gone that they would have to send it out with no cost range and no estimated time frame of completion. DA Computer rocks.

I was very pleased with the home visit by Isaac to address a printer issue that had been plaguing my printer for months. He found a very easy fix! And he also assisted with a computer problem with my gmail account. Another excellent service through DA Computers which I have used for over 12 years. I brought my laptop in because it appeared to crash when I did a live update from Norton. i explained this to them and they said it was likely a hard drive issue and that they would need $65.00 to diagnose it. A week later they got back to me and said it would cost $638.00 to fix the issue and that i could lose a few files and would have to re-install windows.
For whatever reason i decided to take the laptop back and bring it home to Canada where i would get a friend of mind to take a look at it.
Half an hour later it was fixed and back in my hands.
Just sayin'.
