LOVE BodyMetrx. My husband found them back in 2018 or 2019 and we did all four of their major machines and I signed up for a food plan. I always told my husband that certain diets (like keto) don't work for me and he assured me that they work for everyone. Well, once we did the metabolic one, it turns out that I burn mostly carbs when I'm sitting around and that's the reason that high fat and protein diets just don't work for me and I actually need some carbs in my every day diet just to function. I also loved learning that my ideal fat burning zone is essentially a brisk walk-- that's when I burn the most fat, whereas if I walk more slowly or run faster, then I'm just burning muscle and that defeats the whole purpose. Since we intiailly want to their Redland's location we've been back a few times and I'm looking forward to going to their Palm Desert location in a few weeks. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out if you want actual data to help you achieve your weight goals!

Such a great experience with Marly today! I did the 3D body scan, body composition test, optimal fat burning & personal metabolism test. I feel like I learned so much on my overall health in such a short amount of time. Marly helped me set a goal for myself, she’s so knowledgeable. I can’t wait to meet their nutritionist to set up my customized meal plan.

Before coming to BodymetRx I thought the only way to lose weight and get in shape was to be on a crazy strict diet.

The whole process was very informative and encouraging. It can be very embarrassing when dealing with your weight challenges but I never once felt judged or criticize. Marly made everything very simple and clear. I learned so much about my body and the tools I need to help myself. Candace also created a meal plan that works! I have so many nice things to say about BodymetRx in Palm Desert that I don’t know where to start.. fast easy booking online, a nice and functional app, but most importantly... amazing customer service, from the moment I walked through the door I was treated wonderfully.
