Perfect service from start to finish. Helpful, consultative, proactive, quality oriented leadership and team. As a Construction Manager it’s imperative to our business to ensure we bring high quality, highly experienced service providers into our projects. Bill and his crews and sub-contractors met all expectations. From pre-project planning and coordination for a leased photo-voltaic array removal and replacement, waterproofing and product and warranty considerations, SunTech built a partnership with us to get a rather large roof completely replaced on time and on budget. Bill replaced our roof a few years back when we had some leaks that caused damage in our kitchen, nursery, and toddler's room. My daughter was two months at the time, and we lived in a construction zone for 8 weeks. I slept on the couch and my husband shared a bed with our two year old while our house was being rebuilt. Bill was referred to us by a friend. He initially came in for repairs on the roof, but when his guys came out, we asked about the condition of the rest of our roof so we wouldn't have to deal with this mess again. We opted to repair/replace the whole roof as it was in poor condition. Bill made it a priority to get our roof done quick. His pricing was fair and straightforward, and his crew got the job done in a matter of a couple of weeks. We are thankful for Bill and his team and would do work with them in the future if need be.
