I love the new phone system. Working with Automated Telecom made the transfer and set up a breeze. They did it all and then was there to teach us how to use the new equipment. They are still willing to help troubleshoot if we have any problems. We don’t. I would highly recommend them for a worry free install especially in todays time when no one answers the phone to help. Thanks Automated Telecom.. our transition to your new system from the old went as smooth as a gravy sandwich! I called our toll-free sales line and got our sales branch in Ohio right away - no issues and no delays. My rep says the caller ID now works! Old system wouldn't display that which is critical for sales so I'm very pleased with the transition and your customer support team was very responsive and fast.
