The Pacific Lightwave team was very helpful and responsive. They were quick to come to my location to assess my antenna location and signal strength.

From there, they quickly mobilize their installation team and Julian was able to quickly install and get my Internet connection up and running without a hitch.

Julian was very helpful, friendly and quick to take care of the installation. I would highly recommend the Pacific Lightwave team for those who need affordable Internet access in the high desert area.

The internet itself is good, and the tech service is good as well, but the sales side is horrible. It took us almost a month to get the services. We are now renting at a different location and have been trying to cancel for literally months. They are charging us for services after we asked to cancel. We have sent emails. We have called. Finally, my husband left a one star review. They finally called back and left a voicemail saying they wouldn’t charge us again. There was just another charge to our card. It shouldn’t be this hard to add or remove a service. It shouldn’t take two people from the same household leaving bad reviews to get a company to respond.

I've been trying to talk to someone for a week. I've called twice, went there in person, left messages and nothing.
Well, I wish I could say it's the thought that counts. But in business it's the actions or lack of actions that matter to your customers. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went, maybe the third day is the charm.
Well... I'm available part time if you guys need some help answering phones.
Update, after cancelling my service and returning their equipment, I was charged another month. Initially I was ignored. They then claimed they couldn't reverse the charge because my card company wouldn't accept it. My card company said there should be no problem reversing the charge.
Zero communication from them for almost a week.
I'm forced to dispute the charges on my card.
If you have ANY other options other than Pacific light wave, take them!
If I could give less than a one, I would.

I have been trying to cancel my internet service for 2 months. I've left countless voicemails and sent an email to every option on their website with no response. We haven't been living in a house that we've been paying for internet for in 2 months, and it's all because their staff either can't, or won't, respond to their customers.

Pacific Lightwave was great about addressing my needs promptly and efficiently. I was hooked up the the internet within a couple of days after requesting the service. Julian was very knowledgeable and supportive during the evaluation and install. Time will tell how it holds up again my previous internet provider. I am hopeful there will be much less downtime.
