Complete Ripoff. They ship an item for $3200 to apartment building and do not even require signature. If i knew for one second company would do not put signature on it i would have paid for it myself. They never asked and went cheap for $5 on putting on it. When package was lost Daniel McHan (Accoount Manager) said go deal with your issues. Now i have to go through Credit Card company and my own investigation to try to see where it went. BE AWARE. They are only about making the Sale, after that you are by yourself.
