They did an amazing job on my husband and I's engagement and wedding photos. They listen to what you want and how you feel about it and try and make it as beautiful as possible. If your camera shy don't worry about it, once they talk to you and snap that first shot, it feels like you were made for the camera. I highly recommend Be Authentic Photography. If you want the gist of this review: they see photography as an art/ a craft and this shows in the final product. They do not just show up to your event to take pictures; they create a relationship with you that allows you to feel a bit more comfortable in front of the camera and this comes through in the pictures.
Expanded review: We were looking around for wedding photographers who work well with natural light. We found a couple with beautiful pictures in the area, but they were hard to get a hold of or the pricing seemed very very very above our budget. Eventually we found Be Authentic Photography. We looked at the samples of their work and the work is beautiful....its exactly what is on the website. But, apart from their work....which is important, it is a pleasure to work with them. They have a great personality; their work matters to them. For example, for our engagement shoot they went to the location a day before to figure out what time the light was going to be perfect.

They want to build the rapport they need to have with you in order to take good pictures that do not look forced and they are so good at that. So, during our first meeting we talked about what they would provide over coffee. If they are doing a wedding shoot. You will be spending a whole day with them, and so it matters that you feel comfortable with them.

Forget a normal Photo Booth at your event, they can do awesome/good quality pictures for you. We had them do a professional set up-- we happened to have a barn at our location so they did it in there. People were having so much fun, and the photos were a little bit higher quality than a Photo Booth.

So overall, they have the experience, they have the eye for a great picture, they know the equipment and they have it, and they have the personality. They will work with you!

Lastly, they have great pricing and I am stating this because for a wedding there is certainly the monetary consideration and so while their service is definitely priceless (seriously, cannot say enough good things about them), their pricing will not scare you off.

We did an engagement shoot and the wedding with them, so my review is based on this experience.
