I’ve used this pool program for over a decade. They updated the program a couple years ago and I’ve had problems ever since. Payments get added as refunds, the program crashes all the time and you have to restart the program every time you close your computer. The customer service is terrible, they never have any technicians to help you out. They say they will call you back but it’s usually days later, if they call you back. I definitely would not recommend this pool program.
