I had a very disappointing experience with Vicente and his associate, Christian. I submitted an offer on a multi-family property via email to Christian, but received no acknowledgment or response. Despite multiple calls and emails, I heard nothing back. A week later, I contacted Vicente directly, who seemed surprised that Christian hadn’t responded. It’s now been over a week since that conversation, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. This lack of communication and professionalism makes me question why they are in the customer service business. I know many professional and successful realtors, but unfortunately, Vicente and Christian do not meet those standards.

Excellent service great communication! I cannot speak more highly of this team. Vicente and his team took the time to really understand my family needs and help us find the perfect home.
I really appreciate their responsiveness and flexibility for showing times.
Very knowledgeable about the community, this experience of buying at some point turns very stressful but they were always there for us.
