I am a semi-retired attorney who no longer actively practices law. Presently my business activities are focused on owning and operating several commercial properties.

I hired Katelyn from Bees Knees Accounting. She handles reconciling monthly bank statements for several LLC’s that own the commercial properties. She handles the accounts receivables and the accounts payable for those properties. She also handles several of the accounts monthly bank deposits. For my law office she reconciles the bank statement as well as credit card statements along with the accounts payables. Monthly she creates a financial forecast of all the bank accounts to give me a clear understanding of cash flow and projected future activity. She is very knowledgeable with QuickBooks and works closely with my CPA. In addition she creates and maintains documentation which needs to be submitted to various county, state and federal agencies. Katelyn is very prompt on her work days at arriving on time. I think one of her best qualities is that she is a self-starter and will resolve issues often times before I am even aware they exist. She is a very organized and detail oriented person. In addition, if she sees something else that may require her assistance, she will ask me if this is something that needs to be presently resolved.
