They were fine when we had Ricoh equipment through them. They changed us to Xerox machines whom they are apparently a partner now. We had the WORST time getting the equipment, the install was a disaster which left us with zero print capabilities for over a week.

Now a few months later, they have not sent us ONE toner for any of the devices we have, the printers are slow, they are extremely sensitive and you have to manual go in and redo the settings all the time. These were supposed to be quicker, more robust machines.

As the IT Manager, these have only added headache to my day to day job. Avoid them!!

Calling in we usually speak with Michelle to schedule our service calls. She is always such a sweet positive person to speak with, very personable. Our technician is Mr. Mike Pitts and he is definitely a strong peak of the day. He is always on time, he always knows just what is wrong and does a great job to fix any issues we are having with our machines. Even if a part comes in that isn't 100% compatible he finds a way to make it work. He is a friendly guy and has a great sense of humor. we HIGHLY recommend using Document Systems and hope you get to experience the presence of Michelle and Mike. :}

Terrible Terrible experience with this company. Spoke to someone who claimed they were the "sales manager" who was extremely rude and short with me when I was trying to get a quote for a new machine for my CPA Office. Then told me that I would be receiving a phone call from one of his reps soon. Never heard anything back from them. And when I would try to call back, no answer. NO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.

We lease our equipment from Document Systems for the last four to five years and they look after our machines at our request or use of equipment, and then dispatch a repair man to replace used parts as per use.

Over 2 weeks with our printer down and NO ONE answers or gets back to you. Not the tech nor the sales representative. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. USELESS COMPANY!
