Frank showed the depth of his expertise when Google changed its priority for search results to include "Core Web Vitals" (CWV) in addition to relevant content. CWV added variables such as page load speed, usability and SEO - particularly on mobile devices. These new website characteristics are extremely technical and difficult to optimize for, yet they have become extremely important to rank on the top of Google search.

Sites with CWV scores of 90+ get top ranking. Our site, which had consistently been on the first page for extremely competitive key phrases, such as "California small business medical insurance" had a CWV score of 5 when we began the journey. Needless to say, we had a lot of work to do to improve our score.

Working hand-in-hand with our SEO consultants, Frank tweaked, adjusted and revamped the behind-the-scenes aspects of the site until our CWV score was well into the 90s on mobile and 99 on desktop and the vast majority of our visitors use desktop.

Frank is a great team player. A hard worker who has a can-do attitude. He understands words like "minify" which is website jargon that is beyond my ability to understand. I highly recommend him.
