Butte County In Home Supportive Service Program is Outstanding. I would like to say Debbie over in Payroll, that woman did her job very well.Debbie has retired now, so I know it was so pleasant to have been able for her to assist me when I needed help. Thank you Debbie!

They are impossible to get a hold of. Once took me 3 weeks to get someone on the phone. You are an important people and need to make sure the public can get in contact with you at least within 24 hours. It’s ridiculous.
