There were problems with a previously recorded (5 year old file number error) HUD document that prevented the closing of the sale. Both Michelle Miller, and her associate, Charity Berry worked extremely hard with the current HUD contractors to get everything straightened out. I cannot thank them enough. They kept us comfortable by communicating very well at each step in the process.
