I have used Bidwell Title 3 times now - when I purchased my home and for two refinance transactions. Their staff were incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process and all of the closings went smoothly and closed on time or early. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the employees. Stevie went above and beyond the entire time we worked together getting our house closed . She even came to the hospital so we could sign paperwork because I was not able to get to the office. Every time I walk into the Bidwell office in Oroville I am greeted immediately with smiles and hospitality . All of the staff has always been very accommodating and friendly. The Oroville office always go above and beyond to help out with anything they can.

Rude. I needed some work done with a deed. A title company would be the ones to do the job. Company didnt want to listen and hung up the phone. i have friends in the realtor business and was informed this is the way to go about it. i called another title company by the name Mid Valley & Escrow and with in 2 minutes they was looking into my matter and took my name and number.

I agree with Doc Martin below. A culture of extreme arrogance. The Deed of Reconveyance was supposed to take about a week. Getting it was extremely urgent. I patiently waited the one week. And did not receive it. And found out no one had done anything! It’s going on TWO weeks now. They could care less. I have called several times. Two gals there, one is the escrow officer — the two of them are very rude. They take my number and have never once called me back. I plan to sell my property and move out of California and when I sell my property, I vow to not use this company. I will use the company mentioned below.
