This was the BEST choice I could have made! Quality service, very great price, and Jason is so knowledgeable. His customer service is impeccable! He responded to my request very fast, listened to needs & ACTUALLY CARED about my issues. I had my septic tank located, dug up and pumped out and thanks to Jason & his crew I can flushed my toilets again & always know where my tanks are!!! Jason gave me several ideas on types of risers to use, how to kill & keep roots from growing in the tank and a few more REALLY important & handy tips. Hands down the BEST company I've delt with in years. Hats off to these gentlemen, they saved my sanity & restored my faith in humanity all in one trip. If you are thinking of using Jason's company trust me no other calls are needed, hire him!!!!

Our system started backing up. We called a plumber who ran a snake and that didn't seem to help. We were then told our drain field failed and our only option was to replace it at $10,000 on the low end. Everywhere we tried had the same story. Backed up toilets and showers meant failed system. I reached out to Tom Septic and quickly got a call back. The gentleman advised checking the outlet pipes. It was clear. This meant it was NOT an issue with the drain field. He had me check the inlet pipe and it was clogged right in the tank. He walked me through getting it clear. Our issues were resolved right then and there. He didn't even charge for the time. Most people and companies are after as much money as they can get. Tom Septic is all about customer care and solution oriented. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would highly recommend them to anyone with septic needs. Thank you Tom Septic!

Our septic had begun to backup so we called Tom's Septic based on all of their reviews and close location to our home. They answered the phone right away and the customer service agent was very friendly. She set up a call back with the scheduling department who ended up calling us back within 15 minites of our first call! We were scheduled for same day service and Curtis (our technician) came earlier than expected which was perfect considering we weren't able to use the toilet at the time. 😅 He was kind, friendly, and worked very efficiently. We really appreciate the entire staff and will be calling Tom's again in the future if/when anything else comes up! Highly recommend!

I had Tom's Septic come out yesterday and pump my septic tank in Paradise. All three guys that they sent were friendly and professional. They put everything back the way it was when they got here and cleaned up when they were through. Plus their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

First they came to pump the septic tank a few times over the last month in the community I live in and they've been wonderful! However I've lived with a unsafe septic tank lid for over a year and a half and despite my management not wanting to do anything about it regardless of saftey issues,Toms Septic replaced the lid and now I have a safe yard again I don't have to worry about the kids falling in sewage! I'm so incredibly happy with their service and they are always pleasant to talk with. Thank you so so much! I will be recommending your company to anyone with septic service needs.
