Long line of customers mixed from returns to pickup orders! Not even a curbside pickup is possible. Its 5pm, where are the extra customer support at? Might as well just put my stuff in a locker instead for an easier pickup. Ridiculous! Home depot you can do better! Do better this is 2024!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Manny. He helped me track down an item I had been painfully trying to find. There were some inventory system related roadblocks but he was dedicated to help me with my purchase. He managed his team to help resolve the issue quickly and ensured I got my purchase from the floor, to the register, and to my truck. I've never experienced this level of customer service from any other Home Depot across the nation. This location is now my store or preference and cant recommend it enough. Thanks again for the amazing customer service!

Hate the new checkout system, that treats everyone like a thief! At the self checkout registers, associates have the audacity to snatch the checkout gun from your hand so that THEY can ring your items, but then not complete the transaction or bagging portion. They don't provide any customer service, but want to scan your items to make sure the customer doesn't steal items. So, let me get this straight! I'm forced to complete the financial transaction and bag my own items because the corporation is too cheap to maintain cashiering staff, but I can't be trusted to scan my own items? This is horrible treatment. Home Depot, you can't have it both ways. You either control the ENTIRE transaction or we do! This in-between policy that you've implemented is disrespectful to your loyal, law-abidding customers. Makes me not want to shop and spend money with you. Fix this.

Instead they charge me $22.74 as you can see on the receipt

I lived in Inglewood for a very long time, I arrived at this Home Depot and I say it's the worst, customer service I have ever encountered, the reason I mentioned Inglewood is because the employees are very helpful and approaches you if you appear in need of help, well there was a black gentleman worker, saw me, in the garden area, never approached me to see if I needed anything, but from his distant and stopped what he was doing to walk pass me and asked a Caucasian women standing in front of me if she need help and how her day was going. Looking back if she gave him a second look as he walked away after her response. My other disappointment was that there were no good plants, in Inglewood there are wide range of selections. I will be going to Inglewood from now on.

Home depot is great, however the service is got yesterday was awful. The manager there was rude, I asked for help in garden power tools because I needed a new trimmer and had questions so he told me he'd get someone, so I waited I saw him at the end of the isle looked to me as if he was hiding from me, I got tired of waiting I was so upset as I was walking to the line to pay for my stuff I saw him talking to the girls at returns not caring at all that he had me waiting there... c'mon depot u have got to do better
