The Staff and Doctor were great, I couldn’t have asked for better service and assistance to address my medical concerns .The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful upon my arrival. The Nurse and Dr were very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful as well that allowed for a wonderful experience in addressing my medical needs.

The doctor I saw " Shipley" he took the time to listen to me. He also offer a resource he felt would be of great for me. I would like to see him again for my heart needs. I'm not sure I would recommend the staff because one of the young ladies intentionally spoke loudly to me about my personal & financial situation and everyone in the waiting room heard it. Two ladies mentioned to me they started to tell her that they heard every word about my financial situation. That one lady violated my privacy in public. Sometimes one person who does not care about protecting patients privacy, makes it bad for everyone.

I love the care I get from Dr Rosal. I feel like he actually listens and here’s me when discussing things with him. He actually works with me to try to help find solutions for my medical issues that I can live with. I highly recommend Dr Rosal as a cardiologist.

So I am honestly pretty disgusted right now. I was meant to have an appointment with a provider at this facility. The day prior to my appointment I received a phone call from the office to tell me that they will not see me as my insurance is not in network. I offered to do cash pay instead and was told they would only see me once and then they would not see me anymore until I got in network insurance. I am a nurse at their sister facility and find this policy so harmful to our patients who may have nowhere else to go. How broken is our system that this group of doctors will refuse patient s based upon this? Makes me ashamed to have ever recommended a friend or family member go to this office.
