Just called this down-to-earth small business. I spoke with Travis seeking advice on what to do about my printer scanner failure after a recent power outage. He explained the impracticality of trying to repair a printer. Further he suggested how I might do better with a different manufacturer to minimize probability of reoccurance of my problem. And further he suggested buying a monochrome printer to save on toner costs. What a guy!

Travis basically worked magic! Not only did he install a new hard drive, he transferred everything, programs, passwords, files making the transition absolutely seamless. My 7 year old computer is now lightning fast, like a new one.
