Please be warned. This company is a huge scam. Four years ago. We went under contract with them and they are so-called attorneys. They set up an interview and went over our exact events of the day that we were sold the timeshare. Not only did they say that we have a case. They also said they would try to recoup at least some of the money that we had already paid for our timeshare we were told once wesigned with them to no longer make any contact with our timeshare company that they were now representing us and they would reach out to them. We paid them over $5000 and an additional almost $800 in attorney fees. we were told to send them anything that we get in the mail from our timeshare company through the provided. Email address for quite a while. Every piece of mail that we got we would send it to which they would reply and say this is just your statement or this is just that, we knew that but we were told to send them every piece of mail that we get. Not once have they ever contacted us to tell us what has been done or given us any updates. Eventually, we would email them and ask for updates and statuses all we would get back is a generic reply at best. Once I got a reply questioning if the attorneys have not reached out to which I replied no and was told to reach out to them this so-called attorney replied, not even answering my question nor did they even have any kind of signature in their email so I don’t even know who it was replying to me other than it coming from their email address. Also, when we signed up, we were told that they would also have a sign up for Tradebloc to monitor our credit reports that once our timeshare company was notified that we were working with them that they were not allowed to report us to the credit agencies. At just before the three year mark, we were in the middle of a military move and trying to buy a new home at our new location and was told that we have a in default mortgage loan our our credit sure enough it was our timeshare. We immediately was in contact with Seaside and Tradebloc. The one and only thing Seaside has done for us is they wrote a letter to our lending company letting them know that they were working with us and that it typically takes three years to resolve. at that point, we were just a couple months shy of that three years now we are over four years and not only are they not replying or communicating with us at all. We now have received certified letters from an attorney working with our timeshare company stating it is under foreclosure once again has sent this to Seaside and the attorneys it has been a couple of months and they still have not replied. They still have not done anything for us. It is still showing on our credit report and they still have not had that removed. I repeat do not do business with this company. They are a huge scam.

I’ve just begun the process of getting rid of my timeshare. I will say, though, that Seaside Consulting has been wonderful getting me through turning in the paperwork they need for my case and getting me started with the attorney’s office that will be handling my case going forward. They have done everything they promised and have been available every step of the way. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to dump your timeshare.

Do not use this company. For 3 years I have been strung along. Little communication, credit protection does not exist and they do not deliver on their service. Stay away, it’s just a sales story like the timeshares they claim to get you out of.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I found and hired Seaside in October 2019 for HGV timeshare cancellation. I paid over 8k for nothing! Many promises were made but my timeshare went into foreclosure in February 2020 and shows on my credit report as such. I have contacted Seaside, Carlsbad Law and Tradebloc (who all promised this would not happen and they would fix if it did) and NO ONE has helped. I have now filed BBB and Government Fraud complaints against you. I also will be contacting veteran organizations and whomever else I can think of to report your lack of service/SCAM.

My initial experience with Seaside Consultants Group has been very positive - professional folks that listen, answer questions, and are quick to respond to inquires after the fact. I'm still very early into the process so I only gave them 4-stars. I hope to come back in the near term to update this review and add an additional gold star for an amazing 5-start experience!

We are so happy we found Seaside, we finally have some peace knowing they are taking care of us to get us out of our BlueGreen Timeshare. We have been stressed over this bad investment for many years...that was until we spoke to Ken and started working with them...now we have some peace knowing this nightmare will end soon. Call Ken today, you won't be sorry you did.

Tradebloc their credit protection agency did not protect my excellent credit at all. My score dropped over 100 points. Their lawyers have never spoken to me and every time I mention helping all they say they’ve done is mailed the credit bureau. However, Experian keeps messaging me saying they’ve been denying their requests because I can represent myself. But how can it be removed if the information is true. I’ve been advised to not pay the timeshare. I have emailed proof and in other reviews I see they are saying that isn’t true. It is a blatant lie. They guarantee it can be removed but it has not been. And I’m sure it will not be. My timeshare went into foreclosure and now I have an amount that I’m sure will go into collections. They say they can remove it from collections but I believe that’s a lie also. I have no idea what to do and Seaside has not helped except to give me the run around. I paid thousands for this service and am in complete despair. Please give me a lawyers number or transfer my case like the others. I believe this is a scam.
