Marc was amazing!!! Very professional and well educated, he had answers for every question and concern I had also he was able to come and do an inspection with only a 24 notice on a Sunday !!!
By the end of the inspection I felt confident and truly valued as a client I’m so happy I made my choice to do business with them!

I am not in the habit of leaving reviews but I consider it a public service to leave one today. This company is excellent!!! They deserve a thousand stars ! I recently experienced an upstairs toilet flood in my home and before they even looked at it, the insurance company verbally denied it and ignored my claim for 10 days. When they decided to cover the damage they did not my give me the emergency services for water mitigation that I was entitled to as far as removing contaminated subfloors and open walls up as they should have and the environmental report that I requested. After searching for quality environmental inspectors for weeks on my own, Knight Environmental Consulting was recommended to me by a friend who described Mark as “honest” which is difficult to find in an ocean of sketchy, shady and greedy people. This company is highly skilled and bona fide. Mark went above and beyond driving 3 hours to come to my home! I found him to be a man of integrity and extremely knowledgeable, also the pricing was very fair. He wrote a detailed report and work scope that I submitted to my insurance company that cannot be denied. I am still dealing with the insurance company but because of the report that I received from Mark, I expect a more favorable outcome. Don’t hesitate ! You will never find a more qualified, capable and most importantly honest inspection company, look no further than Knight Environmental. I only wish I had found them sooner, it would have made all the difference.

If there’s anyone or any family out there looking for a professional mold inspector/microbiologist look no further, Knight Environment Consulting is the company to hire, for the most concise detailed inspection one could imagine. They provide thorough reports that documents their findings along with air testing and infrared imaging. My family and I had a difficult time finding such a service, because as a renter it’s quite complex finding a service to accommodate do to the resistance of landlord and red tape. KEC will go above and beyond to assist with whatever your concerns may be. A 5 star company indeed.

I contacted Knight Environmental as a proactive check of our home. Marc was extremely professional and courteous. He took his time walking the property inside and out and found a few areas of remediation in the least likely places. Some of which I would have never found the source of without his knowledge and expertise.

I highly recommend Knight Environmental Consulting, I'll share with you my reasons why.

I really liked that Marc answered the phone at 830p on a Friday night, and not an answering service. He asked me what was going on, shared he could help, and I set up the appointment for the following Wednesday. I was worried about the place I live and them seeing Knight Environmental pull up in a business vehicle, he stamped out that concern because he arrives in an unmarked vehicle, and communicates with me as I am his client.

Wednesday came and WOW! What punctuality, respect and a wealth of knowledge Marc showed and shared with me. For some reason it is hard to find someone who has a heart in business and the well being of their clients in mind. He showed concern not only on a professional level on what should be fixed and how it should be fixed, but on a personal level because I have two kids. He took the time that I needed to have questions answered, and he addressed the problematic and questionable areas I was concerned about.

You will not be disappointed when you call Marc! Thank you for your service! I'll be sharing my experience with my neighbors, as they too have mold issues. Our landlord tries to cover up the problems by blaming dog urine vs the real issue of a leaking AC unit. The landlord replaced the soaking wet carpet padding and left the same carpet on top. The landlord has their mold inspectors try to lessen the situation, I would not trust their source. That is why I called Knight Environmental!
