The biggest benefit our company has earned since 7th Dimension has taken over our IT efforts would be consistency. Other benefits include streamlining our processes and improving our security. One of the first projects I worked on with them was transitioning our company over to Office 365. They were patient and had amazing follow through which made what could have been a stressful transition seamless. Let me start by saying google only allows 5 stars but I would do so much more than that if I could. We have had 7th Dimension for the last 3 years and I will never use anyone else. They are always available for anything I need, I can’t explain how many times I’ve needed something right now and I always get an answer quickly and that’s consistent with every department, from the owner, to my account rep, from service to billing. The team at 7th Di is really great at explaining what is happening in plain terms, I am not the most tech savvy but they never make me feel like a burden. If you are reading reviews right now wondering if you should use them don't wonder. USE THEM. They are the best. Our Forever IT team. They take the time, every time to not only fix the issues but are proactive in helping you understand so you don’t run into the same problems in the future. These aren’t just the IT guys- This is Josh, Kirk, Brandon or Eric, we’ve built real relationships with the 7th Di team, I am so happy we were referred to them years ago!

This "business" contacted a client of mine and provided a fear-mongering report implying their network has been breached, which was completely false. This company uses fear to dupe unsuspecting people to pay for services that are not necessary. Beware of any company that claims to be network security professionals, yet also sells stereo equipment and TV's.

The movie of the same name had better actors than this company.
