Small business but awesome! You can drop off your computer with Frankie and he will fix it! He is extremely helpful, knows computers and is a good teacher, explains things to you. Awesome price! Call him beforehand, and you gotta pull into his driveway off a busy boulevard so try not to go when traffic is heavy.

I’ve never left a review before, but my experience here was so heinous I feel it is my duty to do so. If there was a way to leave minus stars, I would.

My experience was so poor it would take paragraphs to explain it all, but the bottom line is my computer was never fixed, was FURTHER broken, and I still haven’t received the refund promised me by Frankie. You can make your own judgments about whether or not to take your business here.

This guy broke my computer even further than it was by making the extremely poor decision to grab my laptop’s monitor between his thumb and forefinger, then carrying it to another location in the shop. Somehow, the computer repairman who claims to have been in business for two decades didn’t realize he would shatter the front (touch) screen with his thumb and forefinger. Which is of course what happened. Frankie was apologetic, and offered to fix it, but I simply demanded a full refund and my property back. I wanted to get away from this horrific experience, and he agreed to give me a full refund, which has not yet materialized as of this writing. It's been two weeks since his promise, which he said he'd do the same day I left the shop.

Trying to do the right thing by patronizing these mom-and-pop-type shops is often hard, but this time it blew up in my face. Hope you have a great Christmas, Frankie; the extra cash I had to shell out to replace my urgently-needed and required-for-work computer (as I told you numerous times) which you totaled will make mine substantially less merry.

After calling around to several places, I call Mr. Travis & explained the issue with the computer. He promptly assessed my issue & gave me a price. His approach was refreshing, his customer service was impeccable & he was the cheapest for my particular issue. He gives great customer service with a touch of kindness. My computer is working & I'm loving all the extras?thx 25+ (Mr. Travis)
