I was a prospective buyer visiting to see properties here and my review is geared to share my experience towards other prospective buyers.

We almost got into an arguement with a resident there as the listing agent just jumped the line into the elevator and we (my agent, my wife, a 6months in a stroller, and myself) tried to follow her but obviously we all wouldn't fit in 1 elevator. I noticed there was actually a line and a lady with two kids that seem to have arrived to the elevator lobby at the same time and she started yelling at us saying we are very rude for jumping the line blah blah... well sorry didn't know about the line and was just following the agent. We apologized and said please go ahead. She didn't say anything and rushed into the next elevator that arrived with a nasty look at us. Sure, might be the listing agent's fault but that set the mood right for us. After trying to leave, an old man literally snarled at us when we were both trying to get to an elevator. We are asian (japanese american) btw and don't know if that had to do with it, but didn't feel this building community was friendly, at least to us and don't know why the persons we ran into couldn't simply talk to us like normal persons (like excuse me please stand in line, or may i take this elevator first etc). Apartment was nice but no way we will even think to live in a community with the kind of people living here.
